i sent my friend's IP adress to one of my hacker friends for some reason... and my hacker friend isn't letting my friend to access her internet now... because the IP adress and her internet connection had no security.. that hacker could access it so easily and he disconnected her from her internet and now i think he is using her internet... and plus... the hacker is from iran and my friend is from georgia... what can she do to connect to her internet again?

If you are unable to access ur internet it does not mean that your friend is accessing your internet.
ReplyDeleteWhat you have described is not physically possible, and it's very unlikley that the "hacker" could do anything to your friend's computer with just an IP address, security today is tight.
A person in Iran cannot steal an internet connection from someone in Georgia.
even though if you think that your internet is not working properly...it might be a technical problem and just give a call to your internet provider he will take care...
